Firstly, let me thank you for taking the time to view my blog and letting me take you on this training journey with me!
2012
Well this was my 1st complete year of semi regular training in a long while! My 3 big events in 2012 were a 100km Cycle Sportive, Birmingham Olympic distance Triathlon and Wolverhampton Marathon. (It may be also worth noting that I also do some strength work using free weights, but this is on a more adhoc basis, be happy to share more on that, if interested let me know.)

Here's to 2013! No events set as such but I'd like to continue to build and maintain a reasonable weekly training volume of 5 hours initially to gradually increase across the year.
